Pony Pursuits would love to help you
celebrate your special day!
We have two enclosed woodland areas here at Huckleberry Farm., which provide the perfect outdoor space for children to play. You have exclusive use of the private woodland area during your party and this can be extended for £35 (small woodland) £50 (larger woodland) per hour (excluding ponies) should you wish to stay longer. Our parties are bespoke and we are hay to plan a party that suits your needs.
The minimum party hire is for 2 hours and this comprises of 30 minutes at the start to greet your guests, then an hour with two ponies, followed by another 30 minutes for your party games, food and of course, cutting the Birthday cake!
.We do not limit numbers, so you can invite as many guests as you wish, we simply divide the ride time between the number of guests, so that they all have a turn of equal duration (except the birthday Boy / Girl who will naturally have an extra ride at your request. You can add additional ponies if you have a large number of guests or extend your pony time. We can also bring a selection of grooming brushes if you would like the children to experience brushing the ponies, However this cannot be done during the riding time, but can be provided as an add on.
We provide Safety hats, experienced pony handlers and of course, Ponies! The ponies arrive after the first 30 minutes settling in time and leave after the chosen ride/grooming time.

Once the date, times and any add ons (see below) are agreed we provide all of the information that you will need to share with your guests to help the party run smoothly :) Directions, facilities, what to wear, horse / pony riding disclaimer etc.

If you decide to proceed please provide us with the following;
1. Date, Time and Location of the event
2. A mobile telephone number and contact name in case of any unforeseen circumstances on the day (e.g flat tyre, traffic jams etc)!
3. A £50 NON REFUNDABLE deposit by bank transfer. The balance is payable on the day of the event and a receipt is available on request.
Please send your deposit at your earliest convenience to secure the booking as we cannot hold provisional bookings for more than a week.
