We endeavour to be as flexible as possible so please email, text or call us with your preferred dates and times and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
PLEASE NOTE that deposits are non refundable.
You may cancel at anytime, however, for cancellations less than 48 hours before your agreed booking, Pony Pursuits reserve the right to charge you in full for your booking. Cancellations more than 2 days before your booking are subject to a reduced 50% charge if the sessions are rebooked by another customer. It is very difficult to fill spaces last minute and late cancellations often mean that both staff and ponies have to stand around between bookings. This accumulates costs in terms of staff wages and lost business.
NB: all bookings made via your ecpro account, cancellation refunds are given as credit on your Ecpro account. This infomaton was previously made available to you when registering with ecpro.
We aim to provide one handler for each pony. However in the interest of safety we ask for a ratio of one adult per rider if the child is under 5, is inexperienced or there are adverse weather conditions.
At pony parties or group bookings adults attending with the guests must ensure that everyone behaves appropriately around the ponies.
