A - Yes - we are covered with £10 million public liability insurance when giving rides (please ask to see our certificate)
Q - Are you licensed?
A - Yes. - we are licensed by Cherwell district council (see our certificate on the home page)
Q - How old does my child have to be?
A - There is no minimum age as long as your child can sit unaided (for children under 5, a parent is required to walk with us)
Q - What should I wear?
A - Wear a long sleeved top, leggings, tracksuit bottoms or jodhpurs (less restricting than jeans) and Boots or shoes with a very low heel. NO HIGH HEELS, BARE FEET or SANDALS!
Q - Do you provide hats?
A - Yes and all our hats are inspected regularly and meet all current safety standards
Q - Do I need any experience?
A - No. Our ponies are safe and very versatile and you will be accompanied at all times by an experienced riding instructor or Pony Handler
Q - Can I take the ponies out on my own?
A - No, due to our insurance restrictions we must accompany you. However we can ride out with you so that experienced riders can enjoy a faster pace
Q- Are you a riding school?
A - Yes - We offer a range of services to meet customer demand. We will increased our range of activities when we move to our new premises!
Q - Are your ponies fit and well?
A - Yes! our ponies are all part of a Horse Health Programme to keep them in good health. In addition to all of their routine treatments and check ups, the ponies live a natural, happy life in a mixed herd with plenty of rest and access to grass, hay and water at all times.
